Hello there,
My name is Jae, a CPTO turned executive coach.
My Journey of Becoming a Coach (나의 여정)
I spent the first decade of my career as a builder: starting as a founder and eventually serving as a 3x product leader at VC-backed companies from Series B to IPO-ready stages.
Along the way, I met founders and leaders from all walks of life and noticed a recurring theme: people feeling like they are being constantly tossed around by the waves, struggling to operate with peace, space, and intentionality— with yeoyu.
For founders and executives, there’s nothing more important than leading with love and level-headedness. Fears and anxiety can permeate through organizations like a toxic perfume. Suffice to say, the viability of a business depends on the health of its leaders.
Over time, I noticed more and more people— from colleagues to executives on LinkedIn— reaching out for guidance on how to navigate fears, uncertainties, and setbacks on top of the day-to-day hurdles.
Through my own challenges, God revealed that beyond my passion for building delightful products, my greatest joy comes from leaning on Him to be my authentic self and helping others to lead with love.
Born out of this realization is Yeoyu— and with it, I’ve stepped into the calling to dedicate my energy towards encouraging others:
To operate out of love vs. fear
To seek truth to address the heart of the matter
To have faith, especially, in the unknowns
There has never been a time like this to build. So, instead of burning ourselves out like a candle that shines only for a hot minute, let’s find a sustainable way to put our best foot forward— with yeoyu.

If you choose to partner with me, we will begin by exploring your core desires, fears, and natural strengths and trace how they manifest in your day-to-day and leadership style.
From there, we will cut through the noise to navigate the challenges you’re facing, both big and small.

To get to the heart of the matter, we need to be honest. Often, being honest requires being vulnerable and setting aside the desire to be liked or approved. I’ll look to you to be honest with me, and I will do my part in being honest with you.

Often, we have pre-conceived notions and expectations on how things should be. But, as the saying goes: what got us here may not get us to where we need to go. We need to fight to remain open to exploring options and alternatives that may address the heart of the matter differently and more effectively.

It’s natural for us to be fearful and to want to react to things immediately. My goal is to help you find the peace and create the space to make sound reflections and decisions.
